Entry requirements:
⚠️ An active membership for 2023 is required to registered for this course.
- Officials membership is acceptable.
- Be over 18 years of age.
- Attend 3-hour workshop.
- Complete multiple-choice exam / (70 questions).
- Study Weightlifting Ireland Technical Rules & Regulations Document : HERE
- Submit documentation for Garda-Vetting through Weightlifting Ireland
