Become a Period Positive Sport !

On the 21st February, we’ll be discussing menstrual health in the world of sports. The hour long roundtable session will talk through ways you can support the people you work with in your sport to perform with confidence and without worry.

We will cover understanding the impact of period poverty, the period products available, the impact periods can have in a sporting context, and how best to support people with periods in your sport.
