Please note the following in relation to proposals to put to the membership at the AGM:
- Special proposals for resolution to be put to the AGM shall be notified to the Secretary in writing no less than twenty-one clear days (21) prior to date of AGM.
- General proposals for resolution to be put to the AGM shall be notified to the Secretary in writing no less than fourteen clear days (14) prior to date of AGM.

Following the submission of proposals, a full agenda, minutes from previous AGM, copy of 2020 Financial Accounts for approval and proposals for special resolutions will be emailed to all members.
