- For Masters and Adaptive Weightlifters born 1994 and older!
- The maximum number of athletes will be 110 lifters. “First come, first serve”-principle will be applied.
- All Nationalities are welcome!
- Please note that international athletes have to provide written approval by their national masters body.
If members of Weightlifting Ireland wish to compete at this event they need to contact either the WI Secretary and/or WI Competition Director and be a member for 2024 before the competition date.

Coaches must be a registered Level 1 Coach and a member of Weightlifting Ireland (WI). Coaches must have completed Safeguarding L1 training within the past two (2) years. Coaches must be Garda Vetted by Weightlifting Ireland (WI) within the past three (3) years. These are minimum requirements to gain access to the field of play/warm up area._
