- Qualification standards and entry requirements for athletes to enter have been updated for 2024 : [ HERE ]
- Youth & U23 totals have been increased by 3% from U13/U15 & Junior totals from 2023.
- Qualification Period: September 25th, 2023, – July 1st, 2024.
- Only Irish Passport holders will be eligible to compete at this years Irish National Age-Grade Championships.
- Sport Ireland Anti-Doping may be present for in-competition testing at this event.

Coaches must be a registered Level 1 Coach and a member of Weightlifting Ireland (WI). Coaches must have completed Safeguarding L1 training within the past three (3) years. Coaches must be Garda Vetted by Weightlifting Ireland (WI) within the past three (3) years.
These are minimum requirements to gain access to the field of play/warm up area._
