The Her Moves festival will bring together 2,000 teenage girls from secondary schools across the country and will involve a main stage section and activation zone. Main stage will see educational and inspirational talks from guest speakers, including Irish sports stars. The activation zone will showcase various Her Moves programmes from NGBs and LSPs, giving girls the chance to step up, get moving and discover new activities.

Weightlifting Ireland will be in attendance with Rowing Ireland to promote our collaborative “Lift Row Glow” programme.
