- Last chance qualifier for athletes trying to qualify for the National Age-Grade Championships – 2022.
- This competition will included – U13, Youths, Juniors & U23 athletes.
- This competition will run along side the National Senior Championships.

Coaches must be a registered Level 1 coach and a member of Weightlifting Ireland (WI). Coaches of U18 Athletes must be Garda Vetted by Weightlifting Ireland (WI) within the last 3 years.
These are minimum requirements to gain access to the field of play._
