Please provide information on the officers within your club - the following officers are essential for your club affiliation to be approved: Secretary (official point of contact), Club Coach (must hold a valid WI Level 1 Certification & SG1), Child Children's Officer (must have completed SG1, SG2 & be Garda Vetted), Designated Liaison Person (must have completed SG1, SG3 & be Garda Vetted). All other contacts are not essential but will help us communicate effectively with your club to provide information and opportunities to help promote and support your club.
