We’re very excited with the positive feedback we’ve received from participants. We hope to offer many more of these workshops to our community in the new year.
If you have no experience with weightlifting, attending these “Practical Workshops” will become a prerequisite for 2024 before you can attend our L1 Coaching Course. Having practical experience prior to attending is critical – so we can teach you how to be a coach, not how to lift.
